Digital Collection

The Task

To create a digital collection that explores new ways of experiencing that collection. Looking at other online collections, there is a tendency to display the items in a grid, each in their own box. I chose to share my pin collection as it would be seen in life, either displayed on a corkboard or a lanyard.

The Process

The difficulty with this assignment was choosing where to stop, as the subject was one I was enthusiastic about. I decided to restrict myself to the requirements of the assignment in order to give my full attention to quality.

The Takeaway

This was one of the first assignments I was excited about because I was able to use my skills to showcase my personal collection of which I am very proud. I learned how to bring energy to a design so that others can enjoy the design as well.
